Model Group is in the community-building business, using real estate development to positively transform communities. They are the recognized leader in historic preservation, mix-use urban development, neighborhood revitalization, senior living communities, and high-impact affordable housing that is indistinguishable from market-rate housing.
They needed a website that visually told the story of the amazing places they revitalize, so they partnered with USDP and JONBOB Photography to bring that vision to life.
Creating the roadmap
We spent a lot of time with Model Group to understand their values, processes, and mission to get to the right key message. Once we got to the same spot, the design and development happened quickly. The goal was to focus on the community and let the images show “a day in the life” of their great spaces. Good photography and the right messaging drives a great brand. We think the results speak for themselves.
