MSAs provide you with full access to the services and expertise of the USDP team on a month-to-month basis. Rather than working on a project with specific deliverables, you will partner with us for flexible support as you grow amidst an ever-changing market.

How our Managed Service Agreements work
Our clients appreciate our MSAs because they are simple. We blend just the right amount of upfront strategy with relentless execution month after month. If you pursue partnership with us, you can expect to follow this process:
- Goal setting: Before you sign on as a client, we will schedule one or two discovery meetings to learn about your business goals, develop a general plan for achieving them, and make sure that we are the best partner for your marketing journey.
- Roadmapping: Once our partnership begins, we will build your marketing roadmap (see below) to track all of the marketing activities that we will pursue together to help you achieve your goals.
- Execution: We will provide you with an agreed upon amount of monthly support that can be used across any of our services to execute the activities on your marketing roadmap.
- Collaboration: Our services are provided through a fixed monthly fee, and your USDP account manager will be your single point of contact for planning, organizing, and executing your marketing activities within USDP.

No! Our MSAs are non-contractual. You will sign a month-to-month agreement that can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice. You will also be able to switch to a different tier of service at any time.

Yes! If it turns out that your chosen tier isn’t right for you, your account manager will work with you to adjust the agreement to fit your needs.

While MSAs are ideal for ongoing marketing progress, some activities, such as website redesigns, brand refreshes, and video productions, are better executed as scoped projects with set timelines and deliverables.

No! Since every business is different, you are free to use your monthly support hours as you see fit. However, the more activities you want to accomplish simultaneously, the higher the level of support you will need.

Of course! It isn’t just allowed, it’s expected. While you will primarily communicate with your account manager to keep operations efficient, you will eventually meet all of the designers, developers, content strategists, and performance marketers working on your account.
