Who will be our main point of contact, and what is your team structure?

We talk a lot about being an “extension of your marketing team,” but how does that actually work?

When you work with us, you’ll have a main point of contact, but since we don’t outsource, you’ll also have access to the talents of the entire USDP team.

Here is the typical structure you can expect when partnering with us:

USDP team structure

The Scout: Your Client Leader

Most clients start their USDP journey with one of our client leaders.

Like a good athletic scout, they are able to spot your strengths and weaknesses and can lay out an initial strategy.

After getting to know you and gaining a solid understanding of your needs, our client leaders pass you off to the rest of the team who execute on that strategy and get your marketing journey rolling.

The Quarterback: Your Account Manager

For ease of communication, you will have a designated point person at USDP. That’s your account manager.

Account managers answer your questions, liaison between you and the rest of our team, and give you updates as your projects progress.

Having a single point of contact cuts down on confusion, streamlines communication, and helps you avoid the pitfalls of too many cooks in the kitchen.

Account managers can translate your needs to the team and vice versa. You’ll be able to offer feedback along the way and play an active role in your marketing strategy.

The Players: Your USDP team

Having access to the USDP team provides you with many benefits:

Account expertise

Your account manager typically executes your projects with a consistent team.

The designers, developers, and strategists working on your account become knowledgeable about your business and can master the look, feel, and tone of your marketing.

Experts from every discipline

At USDP, our digital marketers have all different types of talent and expertise.

Our client leaders and account managers know your story and prepare the rest of the team for the partnership.

Our writers interview you and get to the core of your messaging, putting your mission into words and speaking directly to the pain points of your audience.

The curated content is handed off to our design team who work their graphic design magic and allow your brand to shine.

After the look and feel of your marketing is honed, our development team makes it all work together on the backend.

As you continue your relationship with USDP, your marketing strategy will evolve through blog posts, ads, emails, and more depending on your needs and goals.

Interaction with every team member

Even though you have a single point of contact, you will still be able to consult with the USDP team members working on your account.

Meetings with your account manager are an opportunity to include other departments, depending on the project at hand.

We look forward to working with you!
