Bray is a cornerstone of Cincinnati’s building community. For nearly 80 years, this family-owned business has earned the trust of top builders by solving problems and delivering uncompromising quality. Bray is equally known for investing in people, from apprenticeship programs to competitive pay and a culture that feels more like family than “just a job.”

Like many in the industry, Bray faces the challenge of attracting and retaining skilled workers. Solving this is critical not only for the company’s growth, but also for keeping promises to partners.

A longtime USDP client, Bray had already seen steady growth in job applications through Google and Facebook ads. But they were ready for the next step, and we gladly worked together to create a new digital marketing roadmap, starting with a website refresh focused on careers and credibility.

Website Refresh Strategy

To connect with younger workers—many new to construction—the website needed a modern design, a strong career focus, and clearer messaging. USDP built a messaging framework that speaks directly to job seekers, highlighting training, advancement, and Bray’s culture. Careers is now a center point on the homepage, addressing the frustration of feeling like just a number. The Careers page features real photos, team quotes, and details on pay, benefits, and growth. To control costs, we customized an Elementor kit to suit Bray’s brand. Real photography, skimmable text, and direct calls to action make the site approachable for job seekers while reinforcing Bray’s credibility with partners.

Continued Growth

The refreshed website is already delivering results. Job applications are up and site traffic continues to climb. Prospective employees now have a clear picture of what makes Bray different and why they’d want to build their future there. Looking ahead, USDP will continue supporting Bray with photo and video shoots, as well as ongoing content updates that showcase the company’s projects, people, and culture. Together, we’re helping Bray secure the talent and visibility they need to keep growing.
