Natorp’s Nursery is the best place in our region for finding the plants you need. For generations, they have grown and delivered just what people need to beautify their property. In fact, they grow 85% of their products just north of Cincinnati. Natorp's sells directly to consumers and landscapers and wholesale across the country.
However, the company leadership realized shopping habits were shifting online, and they needed to entice customers to come to the nursery or just buy products online. Could they get shoppers excited with a beautiful new website? Could they actually sell plants and trees online for pickup or delivery?

This world-class nursery needed to enable online shopping, ordering, and curbside pickup to meet the modern demands of customers. The partnership has been a tremendous success, growing online sales each year and putting more and more inventory online.

We want to be clear and realistic about this digital transformation story. It wasn’t easy for Natorp’s to invest the time and money in eCommerce and to create an online nursery.
