What does success look like with US Digital Partners?
Hiring a marketing agency is a big investment, so it’s important to us that you get your money’s worth.
We don’t blame you if screenshots of websites homepages or a handful of KPIs aren't enough to get you to sign with a marketing partner. You deserve to know if our definition of “successful partnership” is aligned with yours.
With that in mind, here are a few detailed examples of the results we have delivered for our clients to help you determine if working with USDP is the right move for you.
Website Design and Development Success: Kaivac
Refreshing or rebuilding a website’s design and backend development can do wonders for your marketing, and ultimately, your bottom line. Kaivac’s story illustrates the power of a website that looks great, runs smoothly, and closes deals.
Since 1997, Kaivac has been creating sophisticated cleaning machines for some of the most challenging surfaces, from restrooms and floors to kitchen, carpets, and refrigerators.
USDP began a relationship with Kaivac to refurbish and redesign their website, but the success of that initial project blossomed into a fruitful marketing partnership.
Kaivac needed help streamlining sales and executing successful marketing campaigns. Over the years, their WordPress website had suffered from significant plugin bloat. It was operating very slowly, attracting high volumes of unwanted traffic, and would sometimes be totally unavailable.
Kaivac was missing out on new business opportunities, so we got to work:
- We transitioned the insufficient hosting configuration and improved caching.
- We replaced the bad plugins and deleted the unnecessary ones.
- Kaivac’s website served both their marketing and ecommerce audiences. We separated these functions into two sites.
- We built the new website using the Sanity CMS.
- We refreshed the eCommerce website to remove Divi Builder and improve performance.
- With Sanity, we implemented custom functionality and integrated existing features from the eCommerce website, including ROI calculators, distributor locators, online warranty registration, and processing for tax-expempt customers.
While the construction was underway, Kaivac’s website continued to operate and didn't lose a single lead. Today’s website is clean, smooth, and tells the Kaivac story effectively. Customers are no longer getting lost or frustrated and Kaivac is closing more deals.
As our partnership has progressed, we’ve continued working with the Kaivac team to increase marketing through advertising, continued website enhancements, and an additional website for another Kaivac brand.

Advertising success: Franciscan Missions
Franciscan Missions is a Catholic nonprofit supporting food distribution, medical clinics, sustainable water projects, housing projects, education, and more, all over the world. For years, USDP has been working closely with Franciscan Missions’ Digital Communications Coordinator Jim Kott to modernize their outreach.
In 2024 the Franciscan Missions team wanted to capitalize on a sudden increase in donation activity. With the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons approaching, it would be a challenge to stand out in a sea of charitable appeals and end-of-year communications.
- We ramped up marketing efforts beginning in November 2024, leaning into the hope of the season’s generosity.
- We sent more emails than the previous year, and increased ad spend on search, programmatic display ads, and social media ads.
- Together, we created campaigns that not only highlighted urgent needs but also celebrated the transformative power of giving, encouraging recurring donations.
- Social media and Google ads highlighted crises like the ongoing war in Ukraine.
- Email campaigns invited donors to act on immediate needs, updating them on the incredible stories enabled by their giving.
- Additional stories added to the website showed the resilience and gratitude of those who had received help.
The response was incredible. Franciscan saw thousands in donations.
The increase in funds enabled Franciscan Missions to do even more for those in need, and proved that a thoughtful digital strategy can fuel even greater generosity.
We are thrilled to see our partnership with Franciscan Missions support the friars in delivering resources and changing lives around the world.

Partnership Success: RUF Briquetting
In the fallout of the 2020 economic upheaval, RUF Briquetting partnered with USDP for a marketing makeover.
RUF’s briquetting machines take manufacturing byproducts like wood, metal, or sludge and turn them into revenue. These materials are often seen as useless, but RUF helps companies not just save money, but make money by turning the cost of waste into profit.
RUF wanted to increase revenue, extend their reach into a new pool of potential customers, and create compelling digital assets.
- Instead of only relying on traditional sales call efforts and trade shows for new leads, we devised a holistic marketing plan.
- USDP's content strategy team produced compelling and concise messaging that helped properly introduce customers to the value of industrial briquetting.
- New messaging and brand positioning was translated into a new website that effectively spoke to RUF’s target audience.
- The addition of custom video demonstrations and photography encouraged prospective customers to envision how a briquetting system could seamlessly integrate into their business.
- We also crafted ad campaigns that were focused on lead generation.
With a terrific website transformation and successful ads funneling new customers, RUF entered a new season of digital marketing sophistication and success.
Website traffic has increased by 317%, and leads from online ads have increased by 138%.
