No! Our MSAs are non-contractual. You will sign a month to month agreement that can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice. You will also be able to switch to a different tier of service at any time as well.

Yes! If it turns out that your chosen tier isn’t right for you, your account manager will create an updated MSA in the appropriate tier.

While MSAs are ideal for ongoing marketing progress, some activities, such as website redesigns, brand refreshes, and video productions, are better executed as scoped projects with set timelines and deliverables.

No! Since every business is different, you are free to use your monthly support hours however you see fit. However, the more activities you want to accomplish simultaneously, the higher the level of support you will need.
