For many patients, plastic surgery and breast reconstruction procedures come with many unknowns. The process can be intense and overwhelming, especially when combined with ongoing cancer treatment. Enter Dr. Bianca Chin: an expert in her field of advanced breast reconstruction. Known for her calming yet confident bedside manner, Dr. Chin’s personal dedication shines through in her relationships with her patients. It’s this dedication to her craft that has helped her become one of the leading providers of flap-based breast reconstruction and microsurgical techniques in the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana tri-state area.
As her practice grew, so did her need for a brand and online presence that matched the tone and caliber of her work. USDP stepped in to create a brand name, brand mark, and website to communicate Dr. Chin’s services, expertise, and experience.


APPROACH
Capturing the purpose of the practice
USDP quickly identified three challenges/needs: 1) Create a warm and reassuring brand that would accurately represent Dr. Chin’s presence and expertise. 2) Organize Dr. Chin’s wide variety of offerings so that potential patients could easily understand the surgical process. 3) Help Dr. Chin’s unique, holistic approach to breast reconstruction to stand out in a crowded industry. USDP kicked off the process by using our messaging framework to develop a brand narrative that captured Dr. Chin’s spirit and drive to heal. Using this final narrative, USDP crafted a new name for Dr. Chin’s practice: RestoreMD. This new name highlighted a key part of Dr. Chin’s work—that she isn’t just focused on cosmetic work, but on restoring patients’ bodies and confidence. This new name led to the creation of a new logo and brand that will serve Dr. Chin for years to come. US Digital Partners then crafted a sitemap and website content to educate prospective patients on their treatment options and address common questions and concerns. Content was SEO-optimized so that tri-state area patients searching for Dr. Chin’s services would find her quickly and easily in search engine rankings. Technical and design consideration was given to ensure the website brought Dr. Chin’s brand to life in a clear and inviting way.
