However, WorldatWork had a problem: explaining what they did in a manner that would attract new customers.

APPROACH
Thought Behind The Design
WorldatWork hired the USDP team to craft new brand messaging, a new homepage experience, and a video catering to their target audience. USDP took extensive time interviewing key stakeholders to better understand challenges and objectives. With a foundational understanding in place, our team crafted compelling messaging designed to highlight the emotional turbulence experienced by the target audience and offer a compelling path forward. This messaging was also used to produce an introductory video for the homepage.


RESULTS
Enhanced User Engagement
The final web design showcases the innate value of Total Rewards career formation through a balance of copy, imagery, and calls-to-action. Our collaboration with WorldatWork resulted in a popular video and engaging website that stands as a gateway for HR professionals into the world of Total Rewards.
