In creating Mayfield's new website, the USDP team sought to demonstrate the center's welcoming and comforting atmosphere through expertly composed messaging and visual elements. The messaging is critical to the site experience, clearly informing patients what choosing Mayfield’s center entails. Particular emphasis is placed on concisely explaining the process and benefits of minimally invasive surgery, along with the value Mayfield’s seasoned physicians and staff bring to the table. Custom video and photography shot on sight depict the first-class care patients can expect to receive. Through this combination, prospective patients gain a sense of familiarity and relief before even entering the Mayfield facilities.
