It’s an unfortunate reality that healthcare systems can be some of the least user-friendly institutions in our society. But they are also some of the most crucial. Motivated by a passion to give patients the care they deserve, we worked with Adena Health System to completely revamp the user experience of their site.

Our primary goal was to give prospective and current patients the tools they need at critical points in the healthcare journey. We designed the site to help patients perform tasks fast—from connecting with doctors, to finding the nearest care facility, to learning more about treatments.
