Team Member Spotlight: Sarah Sideranko Jones

What’s your role at USDP? I’m an Account Manager, balancing and managing external and internal expectations on all things digital.

What’s your background? I’ve spent over ten years in the agency world, starting in digital B2B, moving to CPG, B2C and rounding back home to digital!

Why did you want to work with USDP? After spending a majority of my career in large agencies, I craved the smaller, family-based atmosphere, both at work and also truly supporting the work/life balance.

What are your interests/activities outside of work?   Spending time with my growing family (just added a daughter to our clan in March), seeing friends (when time allows) and carting our baby girl all over the map as we can. She’s already been to the beach twice!

What do you bring to the room when you’re with the team? Positivity, organization and fun! I believe that if people are having fun at work in a positive mindset, then the work is better for our clients. And of course being the account manager that I am, everything has to be organized.

What did you want to be when you grew up? I’m not sure that I’ve actually hit my “grown-up” job yet, but secretly (or not so secretly) I want to become a private investigator. I’m pretty great at finding out information without much of a starting point.

What is something you believe that almost nobody agrees with you on? The “right” way to load a toilet paper roll. I just always tossed in on, never knowing. Then I got married and was told that it has to go down….Apparently there is a right and wrong way?!? Who knew?
