We are Hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager Needed

USDP, a digital marketing agency in downtown Cincinnati, is looking for a team player who’s a whiz with numbers and has a magical ability to truly anticipate the needs of a busy office. We serve a variety of incredible clients, and our team works hard. As our part-time office manager and bookkeeper, you’ll be in charge of making sure everyone (including you!) has what they need to succeed. You’ll rule supreme over bookkeeping, office supplies, administrative tasks, and making sure our operation runs smoothly. You’ll also be part of a dynamic, supportive, friendly and fun team that will be dedicated to making sure you’re successful, too!

  • Bookkeeper job experience  
  • 2 years of experience in an office management role preferred
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • An innate ability to build positive relationships with people
  • A laser focus on details
  • A knack for intuitive organization
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize projects with minimal supervision (we’re seeking a self-starting whippersnapper who likes to stay busy!) 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with NetSuite a plus
  • An understanding and love for technology
  • A can-do attitude, willingness to learn on the job, and readiness to hit the ground running! 

As our bookkeeper-and-manager extraordinaire, a day in the life for you might look like

  • Managing invoices, bill pay, and writing checks
  • Maintaining bank deposits
  • Monitoring cash flow
  • Coordinating and following up on accounts receivable
  • Reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Supporting team building and hiring efforts (e.g., preparing onboarding paperwork for new hires, etc) 
  • Data entry and administrative duties
  • Maintaining our inventory of office supplies
  • Providing clerical and admin support
  • Supporting the needs of the team
  • Providing exceptional customer service!
